		<description>Breakfast : baguette with butter, confiture (strawberry or apricot jam), juice, milk, oeuf au plat or oeufs a la coque (fried eggs or 3 min boiled eggs).
Lunch : Baguette with cheese, ham etc. Croque monsieur (its not battered in eggs but covered with bechamel sauce and cheese, then grilled), croque madame, quiche lorraine, soup a l&#039;oignon, smoked salmon.
Dinner: Tartare, hachis parmentier, coq au vin, moules, filet de boeuf au poivre (steak with pepper sauce), boullabaise.
Desserts: Canneles, macarons, flan, tarte TaTin, creme brulee.</description>
