Scramble them up, you can add in veggies too like fresh baby spinach and mushrooms, cheese you want if you eat that. Sometimes I love to fry up several egg white, take plain white bread, put a bit of butter on the bread, put the done egg whites on the bread and make a sandwich, not the healthiest one but it is I guess a comfort food for me at least. Of course you can boil them up, mix with some fat free mayo and have on whole grain bread, you can eat that for breakfast. Egg whites are my favorite. Scramble them up, you can add in veggies too like fresh baby spinach and mushrooms, cheese you want if you eat that.
