I dont, but I am curious. Since I always hear thats it bad.

Bonus Question: Will exercising before breakfast help you burn more calories?

Yes because breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it provides you with the most energy throughout the day. Skipping breakfast is just stupid. (Don’t worry I read the “I dont, but I am curious.” part, I’m referring to those individuals that ignore that fact. :) Hope this helped!

    Yes. Breakfast is “break the fast” because you have been fasting all night. You need to re fuel your body first thing in the morning to get your metabolism going.

    Breakfast is a great way to start off the day, that’s where you get your most energy from.
    &Yes, your metabolism is faster after you have exercised.

    Idk. I’ve heard it does. Probably. At least grab a coffee or something, caffeine also jumpstarts your metabolism (which is the whole point of eating breakfast being good for weight loss).
