yellow flavored rice, can or broc/cheese soup, some fresh or frozen brocc, and a whole chicken…put all 2gether in crock in am (dont forget the water for the rice to add and chicken and be added frozen also) cook all day. Dinner time enjoy but watch for bones as meat falls off bones when done right. Kids love this dish!

I have a great book called “Fix it and Forget It 5 Ingredient Favorites, Comforting Slow-cooker Recipes” You really should get it. I have tried so many out of it that were great. If you want to email me with the type of recipe (ie:chicken, pork, veggie) I would send you one or two of them.

I make queso and it’s awesome!!!!
    1/2 lb. velveeta light
    1 lb hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 16 oz can rotel tomatoes
1 8 oz can green chillis

brown meat, cut up velveeta in squares put all ingredients in crock pot until cheese melts. (stir occassionally if you can) you can make it on stove to, its faster that way but you can’t walk away. grab some chips or tortillas and its great!!! makes alot to!

    RIBS!
Cut them to fit, brown them in a pan in the AM and then pop um in along with a cup of beef broth, salt & pepper.
When you get home enjoy them with some white rice or drop cut potatoes in the crock pot along with the ribs in the AM.
