		<description>eat something light and not heavy before you work out. like a piece of toast with peanutbutter and some milk or water. or orange juice. anything with protein. egss too, but they might be too heavy before a workout. afterwards, you want to each something small like a nutrigrain bar and an apple. eat some snacks in between breakfast and lunch but keep it light. you can also eat the eggs after your workout. protein and carbs are good. lots of breads and pasta have carbs. working out will turn carbs into muscle, but you dont want that for breakfast, save it for lunch or better yet dinner.. and work it off in the morning! drink lots of water too. :)</description>
