My school doesn't have a specific vegan lunch option or vegetarian. I normally eat fruit, peanut butter, and a bagel(the ones they buy are fine) but that's if I have money. Being vegan, I have bought maybe...5 vegan cookbooks and go nuts making stuff at home! It's always good a second time as a packed lunch for school the next day. C: To help you out, my favorite cookbooks are: Vegan with a Vengeance PETA's Vegan College Cookbook 30 Minute Vegan and for snacks, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Hope this helped! They have a boxed meal that comes with a PB&J sandwich, but that's just a frozen Uncrustable, half rotten carrot sticks, and a Gogurt tube (not veg).
