No he doesn’t. The Presidency is an all expense paid deal. Free housing, travel, medical and food. We, the people pick up the tab.

The fed pays for state dinners. The president pays for his and his family meals. Some people look up facts, some make up facts. Note the number of people who say we pay for his food. It sounds good to them and becomes a fact in their mind.

State dinners are paid for by the taxpayers.
The first family pays for their personal meals from their own pockets.
That’s when the family eats alone, or with private guests.
    State dinners are working dinners.
