What are some Vegetarian lunches I can make quickly before school, with regular ingredients?

Question by KaturaRae: What are some Vegetarian lunches I can make quickly before school, with regular ingredients?
i do eat egg and dairy products. Since the rest of my family isnt vegetarian preferably food that is already in my house, not veggie-meat. Also food that i don’t need to heat up, and can be made very quickly because i don’t have that much time in the morning.
THANKS :D

Make a pb&J and bring some carrot sticks along with it. Or bring a vegetarian instant soup (if there’s a microwave handy where you eat lunch), or pack a salad.

Sometimes i prefer vegetarian food but i get very bored of the same thing. Here are some things that i have for lunch, some may require a bit more effort to make:
-a vegetable wrap – things like peppers and onions fried up and made eaten cold
-Cold pizza – either make it or buy it
    -Cheese and onion sandwich
-Cheese Straws – good for a side
-Jam sandwich – easy to make
-Panini – cheese tomato and basil may be eaten cold
-Cereals – good if you have a place to wash up
-Spring rolls – can be made the night before
    -Hummus and pita
    -Chinese fried rice with vegetables
-Panini – it can be eaten hot or cold

you can just grab a yogurt, make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or put cheese on bread. That’s what I like to eat for lunch in school.

You can make fried rice with egg. It’s quick and easy.
