		<description>I&#039;m in the same situation. I usually try to suspend my eating to small meals a day =). And make them healthy ones.


My favorite low cal low fat recipes are...

Thai Chicken. You basically bake your chicken add Thai seasoning, and put it over low carb pasta [Noodles.]. Yum.


Or if your into meat, any type of meat is good for you really. Just stay away from fat chunks :P.

I get alot of my recipes from Foodnetwork.com they have low cal recipes &amp; low fat to make =] Soo good.


Oh and. For snacking if you like any type of cookies, make them the original way but with Splenda instead. Cuts about 42 grms of sugar and   cuts a ton of fat as well. Also using low cal spread instead of pure butter does the trick too. And they taste great:)
