Those drug store products honestly don't work and proactive is a bit too harsh. I really recommend this product called Neostrata AntiBacterial Facial Cleanser. I don't have a major acne problem either, but I don't want the few zits here and there and my face gets really oily sometimes, so I purchased the cleanser and it's been a year since I got it and i'm acne free. It has lasted me a year too! You wet your face with water, use a nickel size amount of the cleanser and gently rub it on your face. Then rinse off the cleanser with water and dab your face dry with a towel. Something else that works great is washing your face in sea salt (like the beach) and sitting in the sun. It clears up pimples and prevents them fom coming out. Try these few things. But if you don't have severe acne, I suggest nutrogema face wash or clean and Clear face wash. Get something that will keep the oil away without drying out your skin. And, if you use liquid or powder foundation/blush, try to avoid it for a couple days. It clogs your pours and that is what makes pimples. The best acne product is proactive.
