School doesn’t offer too much vegetarian choices. Also peanuts are not allowed.

Can she have other nuts? There’s almond butter, cashew nut butter, and soy nut butter. You could make sandwiches with that. There are also veggie deli slices that are good in sandwiches.
Check out the Vegan Lunchbox for more ideas. The author makes lunches for her son to take to school, so they don’t have to be heated up to be palatable.

If non of these work for you, you can just google it, that’s what I did.
Oh yeah you can just make a regular sandwich with a layer of butter and different veggies( if your daughter like them).
take a tortilla, flatbread or wrap and put on refried beans, shredded soy cheese and a little vegan sour cream and roll up. Cut into two pieces.
Cream cheese and jelly sandwitch
Lettuce, tomato and veggie bacon w/ a bit of mayo
Lettuce, cheese or soy cheese and tomato slice w/mustard or mayo
veggie cold cuts on bread or wrap w/tomato slice
–pita and hummus is usually a staple of mine, just spread it in a pita pocket and add some veggies, cucumber slices are tasty with it.
it’s pretty versatile too, you can get hummus spicy, herbed, with olives, organic… Hummus is also good because it contains protein, like peanut butter.
baba ghanouj is another spread you can try but it’s made from eggplant which isn’t a really popular vegetable.
You should also check whether or not you can send other types of nuts: almond butter, hazelnut butter and cashew butter are all tasty.
–Tofu sandwiches are also great because tofu can be marinated in so many different combinations: chili garlic lime, honey garlic, soy sauce,
–plain tofu but browned a lot and then dipped in ketchup is also good for kids… sorta like chicken fingers.
–Rice cakes with cream cheese and tomato. Rice cakes also come in cool flavours like sundried tomato and basil and stuff.
