There's no saying something is definitely going to work for you. And there is no miracle cream. But I can show you what to use to take care of your skin, which is how I cleared any acne I had and should definitely help. It's good to shop at Walmart because they are good with returns lol x)
While people say that's the way it is and you just have to try and try until something works, that was never the case for me. I just needed to take care of my skin better, and I never got pimples again. Some of the main types of skincare products out there are cleansers, moisturizers, scrubs/exfoliators, zit creams, and toners/astringents. The last two aren't as necessary as the first three. There are lots of brands available, so I will list the ones I've tried and liked:
---Clean & Clear - I LOOOVE them! While they don't have a great selection, they are cheaper than most but still work. Their Deep Pore Cream Cleanser is fantastic. I suggest it if you're worried about cleansers drying out your skin, which happens a lot. Their Sensitive Skin Astringent works nice, too. Btw, a toner/astringent is something you soak a cotton ball in and rub on your face after cleaning to remove what's less and, depending on the ingredients, treat acne. Clean & Clear's toner/astringent is for acne treatment. But I don't suggest getting the one in the red bottle, for non-sensitive skin - I haven't tried it, but I have seen very negative reviews about it. The brand also makes nice, light moisturizers. But I wouldn't suggest them if you have dry skin. You can try the Dual Action moisturizer, as it treats acne while moisturizing :D
---Neutrogena is also a VERY good brand, with lots of options for different skin types of preferences, but they are also a bit more expensive. They are one of the only brands that offers a alcohol-free toner! Most all toners, especially drugstore brand ones, include it, but it can also dry out your skin. However, it comes at a price...not literally a price, it's only like 7 bucks - but it doesn't clean as well as alcohol toners do, I think. As for cleansers, well I think I've never actually bought one myself...but I did try one my sister bought, called "one step cleanser" because you could use it on your eyes to remove makeup. The only issue was that it was a bit drying. They also make good moisturizers, the one I tried was called "Oil Free Moisture." I liked it a lot. It moisturizes a little better than Clean & Clear moisturizers.
---Olay - I've tried their "Dual Action Cleanser + Pore Scrub," and it's really cool. One issue with scrubs is that they are usually a bit difficult to rub off, and I don't like dealing with that all the time, but this actually removes cleanly. But, the exfoliation is very, very light - eg you'd want to get another exfoliator, and not just rely on this. I've also tried their "Moisturizing Lotion," and it is TO DIE FOR. It has much better moisturizing powerz than other brands. I use it nightly.
---And side note: I've tried a lot of exfoliators and none of them really cut it for me. The best exfoliator I have ever tried is St Ive's Naturally Clear Medicated Apricot Scrub. But let me warn you, use it in the SHOWER so you can rinse it off easily. Over the sink, it takes a bit to remove it all XD

Buy yourself the soap and the cream of Vichy Normaderm.

They are very good sell them in samborns.

The cream costs less than $ 200 and the soap costs $ 60.

I believe me I use them and they are very good, and the better thing is that they are for teenagers, for whom there are other creams that are for persons mas adult and even they produce prejudices to the young skins for which they are very irritating.

This cream takes the sheen from you, it you dries the pimples and prepares that they work out different new thanks to a new technology that alone there have the Laboratories Vichy and Lancome.

The two are very good only that the creams are mas cheap in Vichy.

The equivalent of the cream that I recommend to you but of the laboratories Lancome it is called A Mash Focus and costs approximately $ 500. It finalizes you see that cost buys me $ 480.

If you investigate the ccompañíasque they do them, it is the same for that both Laboratories belong to Lo-real and in my oopiniónlas two creams have the same substance, alone that the cream Lancome comes mas concentrated in the active substance and therefore it works mas rapidly beside having a better presentation. It is to say that it is mas elegant and luxurious.

I've said it a million times before, and I'll say it again. There is no one acne "cure" that will solve everybody's problem.

I've tried the following:
Clean&Clear
Neutrogena
Mark
Mary Kay
Clinique
St. Ives
Avon
Merle Norman
Acne Free
Adovia
Burt's Bees
Bior
Clearasil
Germ X
Toothpaste
Ice
Steam
Clay Masks

I've also tried many different products from the different brands I listed above.

I said that to make my point. What works for some people doesn't work for me. It may not work for you either. If I told you to use something, it would be like shooting in the dark. A lucky guess. I can't promise you it'll work.

I'm not going to lie and give you false hope. I'm also not going to tell you acne is something you just have to live with. There is probably a product that will work for you. It may be something from Walmart, your Dermatologist, or even your fridge. I can't tell you which one though. You just have to try until you get it right. It seems like a long, crappy thing to do, but I don't know what else you can do.

If I knew the cure for acne, I would gladly tell you. But I don't, and until someone does, we can just try and hope.
