I’ve had some pretty wicked acne on my chest and back since I was about 16 and a few things have worked (kind of).

Went to the doctor and he gave me a prescription for some antibiotics. That worked alright but it came down to me not taking the pills everyday (I was a camp counselor and couldn’t always get to them).

I tried just using some noxema my mom had and that helped just keep everything clean and eventually started to clear everything up and then stopped working.

Most recently I’m on some scar care stuff by…. Clearasil. It’s helping, but its pretty expensive.

You should go see a dermatoligist is the real answer to this question. They’ll know the best thing to do (in their mind. Eventually mine told me that my acne was going to “ruin my life” if i didnt go an Accutane, a drug that is really dangerous, especially for someone with a history of depression in their family, I almost told him to fuck off in front of my mother).

Another thing to realize is that it will probably go away eventually and to not get to stressed out about it.
