Question by MS: What are some healthy dinners a teen can make?
Tonight my family is having ham and bean soup, and I am allergic to pork, so I’m on my own. Any easy ideas that won’t exceed 500 calories?

try sauteeing some squash, cucumbers, zucchini, and onions in a regular pan with a bit of olive oil so it dont stick. then after theyre cooked well, put some marinara sauce in it and wait until it heats. top off with osme salt pepper and dill weed. its really good, good for you, and less than 500 calories. give it a try, everyone ive recommended it to loves it :)
