It could be entirely legal. They might work 8 hours and get paid for 9 without lunch or breaks. If there are 50 station and say 10 employees at each one you are talking about 500 employees at least. I would think one of them would of said something by now. Why not ask one of the employees? Generally this is a federal issue not a state regulation since I have dealt with this before.
