Pimples are caused by the blockage of skin pores and infection by bacteria. Most anti-acne products use medicine to kill bacteria and use surfactants to clean oil or dirt out of skin surface. The surfactants work wery well on skin surface but the skin pores could be clogged with sebum. This is why acne keep coming. Chlorella Gel Cleanser works in a different way. It is made of food algae. Algae have strong ability to absorb and to dissolve oil. Chlorella Gel Cleanser can clean sebum or dirty out of skin pores, and then remove pimples. Most students can get ride of pimples in less three days.

If it is acne, this can be caused by bacteria so I would recommend that you get an anti-bacterial face scrub to use before you shave. Also make sure you change your blade regularly and wash it properly with hot water. You can even rinse it with rubbing alcohol once per week - this will stop bacteria build up on the razor.

As for razor bumps, these are caused by hairs being cut too close and when they grow back, they grow underneath the skin and become infected. If you still have some, get someone to have a go with some tweezers to pull them out.
To avoid them, make sure you shave with the grain of your hair. This is very important.

As you have sensitive skin you should probably get a sensitive skin shaving gel and aftershave balm as well.

Get the Bee Royal Shaving cream for men. This is made to prevent bumps. Nothing work like it and it is not like regular shaving creams. It has no soap so it don't foam. Here is a review. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWKjVvuMHfg

Hi
my housband had the same problem and he now uses
Epoch® Everglide Foaming Shave Gel

Takes the bite out of shaving. You'll enjoy a smooth, close, comfortable shave with Everglide. Its rich lather cushions skin against the harsh effects of everyday shaving with mullein, a botanical that grows in the Southwest. Designed for use by both men and women, Everglide is beneficial to all skin types.

And afte he shaved he uses Dividends® Aftershave Balm

Stubble. It starts growing back as soon as you shave. It doesn't have to be that way. Extend the results of your morning shave with Dividends™ Aftershave Balm. This lightweight balm makes facial hair softer, finer and less noticeable so you can skip a shave without people noticing. It also provides traditional benefits: prevents razor bumps, and cools and soothes the skin. Get better results with Dividends™ Aftershave Balm. Same Routine. More Benefits

His skin feels so soft and he never gets the red dots anymore =)
Good Luck !

The best thing to do would be to go to like Macys and in the makeup section there's this brand called clinique. Ask for the skin toner for men. It is about 12 dollars probably 13 with tax. I have had really bad acne in the past but since using this (twice a day after showers) i have seen amazing improvements in my skin. Another great thing is it unclogs pores and also acts as a aftershave too. Below I have posted a link showing you the bottle so it will be easier for you to identify. Lastly pore the toner on a cotton ball and lightly brush it on your acne. I have learned that if you use your hands that the bacteria and oils will get in your skin and make it worse. Now also if you shave and then shower put it on after your shower, this stuff isn't meant to be washed off. Good luck.

hey im 17 2...=) ...but ya uhh i dont think its acne i think its just razor bumps... ppl say that washin ur face afterwards prevents it but thats bullshit. i get it 2 unless i put on after shave (Afta is one i was introduced to when i started shaving. its relatively cheap). it calms irritation and has a good scent to it. Another thing u could do if u cant afford after shave is get rubbing alcohol and rub down the areas that u have shaved (im pretty sure this work since it kills bacterias and wut not but i only used this method a few times when i 1st started cuttin my facial hair...)
hope this helps ya brutha

It's not acne. It's called razor burn, razor bumps, shaving pimples, etc.

Here are a couple of websites that will help. I get it really bad too, and it hurts like crap.

Make sure the skin and hair is soft, so it's good to shave after a shower. Don't shave every day- take a 2-3 day break. Make sure your razor is sharp, or you're more likely to get razor burn. Don't rub the bumps- that'll just irritate them.

It will probably also help to put lotion on your skin, and keep it moisturized.

There are some other ones on these really useful websites. Hope that helped!

Try a different razor if you are using a cheap-ish one cause the price does matter. Dont shave dry used shaving cream or something. If you these things already sorry :l
