So we’ve been experiencing ghostly happenings and sightings continuously for the last year or so. There is a little girl in our house that seems harmless, touches my husband’s hand, rolls a ball, vibrates the furniture..etc. And there is a black shadowy figure that “lives” in the woods behind our house and can sometimes be seen walking around the house but does not seem to enter the home.
We recently found out a young girl was murdered here a long time ago by her uncle. If the bad ghost outside is the uncle, why can’t he enter the house? The trees in the woods are breaking suddenly and they are healthy not rotted. Cats are turning up dead..and it’s like we are forced to stay away from the woods.
Seriously, I am glad the bad figure has not entered the house but it seems like it is getting stronger b-cuz of the trees snapping and the cats which all happened in the last couple months.
When we are outside at night sometimes we hear as if a person is running full force towards us but nothing is there. If the bad ghost is getting stronger how can we keep it away?

There must be logical explanations for everything you’ve experienced, since there is simply no such thing as a ghost. There are a thousand different reasons why cats would start dying off in a certain area – pesticides in the grass for one – and tree limbs snapping (happens a lot during snap freezes and especially dry periods).
The rest can be attributed to your mind playing tricks on you. If you really want to believe that something is true, your mind will trick you into seeing what you want to see.

Wow, thats freaky. U seem to know alot about what’s going on and did your research, that’s good. That black figure worries me. I am a skeptical believer, meaning I dont get excited by every lil orb, etc…but i def. believe there are things going on, like “spiritual activity” that we can not yet fully explain. I agree the cat thing may be a coincidence, granted a freaky one, but most likely a rational excuse would be an illness, poison, etc… one thing I have done and told others to do as well and seems to work, even just to settle your mind….get some sage smudge stick,(if u dont know of a store, u can get online in many places inclusing auction sites), a white candle,and salt water (or holy water whatever works for ya)….go around all the openings to your home..ie, windows, doors,fireplaces, etc… and the corners of the home including outside..its also good to do this on the corners of your property but if your adament that this thing is bad, then I dont recommend going in those woods and bothering…stick with your immediate surroundings for now. Go around and “bless” your home. Say like “I surround my family and my home with white light, bad WILL leave and may never enter” or whatever makes you comfortable and happy and suiting to your situation. Be careful…. fear can do a lot to the psychy. Take Care
P.S. If u end up going with a professional one day, do your research, there are MANY people that just do whatever for a buck…should’t cost you anything,xcept maybe gas money…
First of all – I don’t know whether or not I believe in ghosts. However, I’ll give you advice based upon what I know about ghosts (mostly from folklore and stuff like that).
It seems like the little girl ghost is harmless, however it would be nice if you could at least attempt to help her be put to rest, because according to common consensus, ghosts happen because the individual in question had unfinished business. (Perhaps her murderer was never convicted, or she needed to fulfill something before she died?)
The same holds true for your black figure. (I’m hesitant to refer to it as the uncle, because it could be someone or something else entirely.) However, if the black figure seems to have ill intent towards you, don’t approach it or try to help it further. The cats turning up dead and the branches breaking could go one of two ways: it could be some kind of freaky coincidence, or the ghost could mean serious business. The fact that it seems not to be able to enter the house seems like a good thing to me. In a lot of cultures (Japanese, especially), demons or evil ghosts can only enter someone’s home if they are invited inside. So a good rule of thumb is to not invite this whatever-it-is inside, especially if you feel like it is angry with you.
If you want to get rid of this black figure thing, I suggest you call an exorcist or a medium or something to that effect. If you don’t want to do that, try blessing your house like the person above suggested.
